We are talking about an individual that came on an interstate blowout call for a full size tire swap, and arrived in a smoking like Cheech and Chong Chevy beat to all crap. Not from drugs, but from the oil burn on their own transportation and the leak it was leaving in front of me. Then had to go figure, get his wife’s car? To complete the job. Oh, forgot the proper sized tire iron for my wheels so had to wait again.. and to top the service off entirely? I asked for a 245/35/R19 tire, and got a 235/45/R19. After multiple failed attempts to get a swap, warranty within the 30 day period for a measly $70 tire, I finally leave the absolutely honest and transparent 1 star review. If you want the most corner cutting experience you could possibly ask for, this is your guy! Let’s hope my $6,000 differential doesn’t go out on me because of their complacency!

Not quite happy. My original tires were only balding in one side. Went here to get a replacement and walked away with tires that are worse than what I had. And now one of those said tires are flat. The guys are nice but this, this is bullshit. The nicer looking tires pictured are the original tires i still have on the back of my yukon. While the crap ones pictured are the replacement...

I got a flat on Saturday march 8th. On sunday march 9th i called around to some of the larger tire places for repair. I was told that i needed an appointment and the earliest they could help was on a monday. I called Jaylan and he said come right in. No appointment needed. I was in and out in about 1/2 hour. Friendly guy and took care of my issue with no hesitation. Sunday morning work and he had folks lined up needing service. Good job Jaylan keep it up.

While visiting Peoria from Cincinnati, my son accidentally hit a curb at night while pulling into a parking lot. He thought the tire popped and the rim was bent. A spare was put on until Sunday morning. Jaylan’s was the only place in the area that could repair a rim on a Sunday. It took a total of 30 minutes to fix the rim and added some bead sealer around the edges. Jaylan’s was professional, knowledgeable and hospitable, as well as reasonably priced. I really appreciate how they got my son back on the road with his friends for a safe ride home!
